Glass facades can be protected proactively with PROFILON® safety film
Retail storefronts, glass facades of offices or cafés, and glass doors in the entrance areas of gyms, hotels, and commercial establishments can then pose a risk of injury. With this in mind, the safety and film specialists at HAVERKAMP have developed a highly effective and easy-to-install solution: safety films called PROFILON®. These prevent flying shards and thereby minimize the risk of injury.

Retrofit shatter and burglary protection without replacing windows
The films offer a relatively cost-effective retrofit solution that can be installed at any time on single-pane or insulated glass in high-risk areas. Windows do not need to be replaced. Installation is carried out by trained professionals. This does not disrupt normal daily operations or customer service. PROFILON® safety films are also transparent, flame-retardant, and impact-resistant, thereby providing protection against break-ins as well. The film is effective as soon as it is installed. In the event of an explosion, it prevents dangerous flying shards by holding the shattered pane in the frame and binding the glass fragments.
