The market research and consulting company Lünendonk & Hossenfelder has published the "Lünendonk Magazine 2020: Artificial Intelligence" in cooperation with Arvato Systems and three other partners. The authors – including three AI experts from Arvato Systems – draw a comprehensive picture of the topic, focusing on the prerequisites for the concrete application of Artificial Intelligence.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a widely discussed technology topic that has a high disruptive potential, especially in the business environment. In order to generate added value with AI and to successfully establish the technology in companies, several aspects must be considered. It is not only about strategies for the development of digital business models, but also about the necessary organizational and cultural changes that companies need to make in order to react faster to market changes and new customer requirements. In order to keep up in the race of data-driven companies, both data quality must be ensured and the technical prerequisites must be created. Therefore: To use AI really successfully in companies, a holistic understanding is required.

The "Lünendonk Magazine 2020: Artificial Intelligence", co-edited by Arvato Systems, offers a comprehensive basis for this. In four main sections, the authors report on "Status quo & Goals", "Organization & Culture", "Data & Technology" and "Process Models & Methods". Arvato Systems‘ AI specialists Niels Pothmann, Andreas Tamm and Martin Weitzel are among the contributors, who shed light on necessary organizational measures on the one hand and the technical requirements for the application of Artificial Intelligence on the other.

The "Lünendonk Magazine 2020: Artificial Intelligence" can be downloaded free of charge from the Arvato Systems website (German language only).
