TÜV Rheinland has signed a contract for cooperation with Ericsson, the leading provider of mobile communications infrastructure to service providers. The agreement focuses on the cooperation between the two companies with regard to the new Ericsson Device Hub (EDH) ecosystem. Ericsson and TÜV Rheinland will offer manufacturers of radio and telecommunications products all services related to global market launch and can thus make a decisive contribution to reducing the previous complexity of product launch and marketing on the part of product providers.

One-stop-shop service provider for wireless communication technologies

As a leading global testing service provider, TÜV Rheinland offers its customers in the mobile communications and wireless sector end-to-end solutions that enable all regulatory and technological testing and certification of their products from a single source, thus enabling manufacturers to enter the global market seamlessly. As part of the collaboration with Ericsson and its new Global Device Ecosystem, TÜV Rheinland customers can now also perform device tests in various network modulations according to 3GPP standards. The products thus ensure a high quality of service and seamless interaction with 4G and 5G network environments, even in different network environments.
