Doug Zoller took over the management of CLOOS Robotic Welding Inc. in the USA and Mexico at the end of June. He replaces Hartmut Boegel, who is retiring from the company on 30 June after more than 40 years of service.

CLOOS Robotic Welding Inc. was founded in 1985 as a subsidiary of the CLOOS Group. From locations in Schaumburg, Illinois and Monterrey, Mexico, CLOOS Robotic Welding offers customer-specific, turnkey welding solutions for the US and Mexican markets.

"CLOOS has a unique product portfolio and the demand for innovative solutions in the welding and automation sector is enormous," says the new General Manager Doug Zoller. "My goal is to work with the highly motivated CLOOS team to gain further market share in the USA and Mexico and to exceed our customers‘ expectations." The welding engineer and MBA has extensive know-how in the fields of welding and automation technology as well as many years of leadership experience in the areas of technology, project management and sales. Most recently, he held various senior positions at welding equipment manufacturer ESAB.
