ADOMUS‘ service portfolio covers the entire spectrum of FM services, which are provided from Hamburg, Munich, Hanover, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Duesseldorf. ADOMUS‘ customers are primarily institutional investors and property owners who attach particular importance to high-quality and service-oriented services. These services can now be provided with a high level of inhouse performance.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction details. The closing has already been completed.
