AeroVisto Group, an international aviation service provider in the field of VIP aircraft cabins and component overhauls, is restructuring its management level due to continuous growth. Starting January 2024, Roger Hohl will join the management circle and take on the role of COO within the company group. He will complement the existing leadership team, which includes Hermann Bauer, now serving as CVO (Chief Vision Officer), and Carsten Matthiesen, who will act as CCO (Chief Customer Officer).

Over the past years, AeroVisto Group has established itself as a significant player in the private jet sector for VIP aircraft cabins and component overhauls in Europe through continuous development and expansion. With locations in Nuremberg, St. Gallen, and Zurich Airport, the company serves aviation customers well beyond the European region, demonstrating its ability to meet the demands of a changing market.

To strengthen the foundation for further positive developments, AeroVisto has decided on a comprehensive restructuring at the management level. Within this circle, Carsten Matthiesen will assume the role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO) with the aim of further enhancing customer satisfaction. Hermann Bauer will transition to the position of Chief Visionary Officer (CVO), focusing more on the forward-thinking strategic direction and sustainable growth of the group.

Bringing extensive experience from his aviation career, Roger Hohl has served for the past seven years as the Managing Director of the international aviation supplier ACM Aerospace. Previously, he played a pivotal role for over 13 years in building the regional airline InterSky, holding various C-level positions (CMO, CCO, CEO), becoming the world’s youngest airline CEO in 2015/2016. Moreover, for over 17 years, he has been a publicist and Executive Editor for the international online magazine LUXVISOR, regularly reporting on high-end travel. Roger Hohl was born and raised in Zurich and currently resides with his life partner in Wolfhalden, in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Switzerland.

The structure of the newly established management circle focuses on the three main pillars of the company’s DNA:

  1. Highest customer satisfaction
  2. Efficient and agile operational processes
  3. Strategic, forward-thinking development and sustainable growth

The AeroVisto Group has set ambitious goals for the coming years. In addition to doubling the revenue from 12 million CHF in 2023 to 24 million CHF in 2030, the company plans to strengthen its presence in North America next year to better serve its clients in that region. Simultaneously, it will expand its service offerings for commercial aviation in Europe. To achieve these expansive goals, the AeroVisto Group plans further collaborations, mergers, and acquisitions with suitable companies to solidify and accelerate the group’s positive development.

Thanks to the new management structures and defined growth plans, the AeroVisto Group considers itself well-positioned to address future challenges and sustainably strengthen its market position.
