BRAINFORCE Group, international interim management and consulting services provider, is looking to expand its presence in Southeast Asia specifically in Manila, Philippines. It has appointed Ernesto Mascenon as Country Manager.

The importance of the ASEAN countries will continue to grow in the coming years. The Philippines have been less in the spotlight in recent years. Political stability and attractive tax incentives are likely to attract more foreign investors to the country in the coming years. This will also increase the demand for high quality interim management and consulting services.

After China, Thailand and Japan, BRAINFORCE will pioneer interim management services in Asia also in the Philippines.

"We are proud to have found in Ernesto a high-caliber industry leader to build our services in this exciting country," says Martin Schneider, CEO of the globally active BRAINFORCE Group. "Ernesto has many years of leadership experience in the food industry and is well connected in Philippine business circles. This will help him a lot in building up interim management and high-quality consulting services (E.X.P.E.R.T.3-Solutions)," Schneider continues.

For the past five years, Ernesto Mascenon has been Senior Vice President of Nestle in the Philippines, responsible for Affairs and Communications. Previous to that he held various commercial leadership positions in Nestle Philippines such as being responsible for integrating Wyeth, a newly acquired company in the nutrition business; heading the Ice Cream Business Unit, and he was the National Sales Director and Business Manager of the Coffee and Beverage Unit.  During his career, he worked also in Switzerland and in South Africa.
